Hi, my name is Darin Randles and I have lived in Phoenix, AZ since August of 1993.

I received my health and life insurance license in November of 2008, DBA DR Benefits. I am an independent broker but use a managing agent for both Health and Life Insurance for better service and customer support.

My managing agent for health insurance is Black Gould and Associates and for Life Insurance, I use Life Brokers. Both are located in Phoenix, Arizona.

DR Benefits offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental, and Life Insurance.
